How do we translate the complexities of human behavior and biology into better health outcomes?

Whether I am in a neuroimaging lab, supervising research, or working one-on-one with a patient in my counseling practice, my goal remains the same: bridge the gap between high-level scientific evidence and the messy reality of human life.

The Health Psychologist

By working directly with individuals navigating chronic pain and illness, I gain real-time insights into the friction points of treatment adherence and the psychological barriers to behavior change. I bring these insights back to my B2B clients to ensure their products are not just scientifically sound, but user-ready.

The Strategic Researcher

My academic background is rooted in behavioral neuroscience and experimental psychopathology. I have led multi-modal studies—integrating MRI, physiological markers, and patient-reported data—to identify why some patients thrive while others struggle. In the consulting space, I use this expertise to help organizations de-risk their innovations through rigorous study design and clinical validation.
